The YMCA of Lincoln (ymcalincoln.org/turkeytrot26) Turkey Trot presented by Union Bank & Trust is celebrating its 18th year as a community tradition on Thanksgiving morning. This year’s family-friendly event takes place November 26 and features a 5K Race, 1-Mile Fun Run/Walk, and a free Tot Trot in downtown Lincoln at the Railyard. A virtual option is available for those who want to participate from home!
Registration is only available online at ymcalincoln.org/turkeytrot26. Early registration is open through November 22. Late registration is open November 23-26 at 7:30 a.m. Entries for the 1-Mile and 5K events on or before November 22 will receive a t-shirt.
Event proceeds support the YMCA’s Open Doors Financial Assistance Program, which helps make Y memberships and programs affordable for all, and ensures families, kids, adults and seniors have the opportunity to be safe, healthy and strong.
