A Warmer Day Counts Down to 80s Flashback Summer Fundraiser July 20

A Warmer Day’s (www.awarmerday.org) annual big summer fundraiser will be on Saturday, July 20 with an “80s Flashback” theme. The event will run from 8 p.m. to 1 a.m. at FUNdamental Athletics Academy, located at 8400 Cody Dr. This year’s presenting sponsor is Omega Insurance Group. In addition, the VIP experience sponsor is Kinetic by Windstream. The event will feature a costume contest, 80s-themed cocktails and appetizers, live music from AM/FM, a silent auction, raffle prizes, and more! The fundraiser encourages attendees to dress up as their favorite 80s icon for a chance to win $350 in their Flashback Costume Contest.

A Warmer Day is an all-volunteer Nebraska charity that was founded in 2016 with the mission of collecting and distributing winter apparel to the most economically challenged families throughout the state. Since that time, the organization has distributed thousands of coats and other winter gear. All proceeds from the event will go to help continue their mission!
