CBMC Business Connection Luncheon Videos Now Available Online
David Watson and Brian Wolford, both prominent business leaders from the Lincoln community, were featured speakers in two recent Business Connection luncheons held by CBMC Lincoln (lincoln.cbmc.com). David, founder and CEO of RentVision, spoke about “seeing God’s goodness intentionally.” As a young child, he was faced with a very serious disease that could have easily taken his life had not God intervened. He also faced the same life-threatening disease several times as an adult. In addition, the challenges of starting and growing a business have tested David’s faith to trust God and recognize His goodness.
Brian, market president at Midwest Bank, spoke at the June luncheon about “finding joy in the journey.” He shared about circumstances and decisions that have shaped his life, family, work, and most importantly, his eternal destiny. Not all of them were welcomed or joyful at the time, but many turned out to be unexpected blessings.
