CBMC (Christian Business Men’s Connection, lincoln.cbmc.com) continues to expand the number of groups and activities for personal, professional and spiritual growth for men in the workplace.

Peer Advisory Groups, one of their core offerings, continues to be a major focus and openings are available for new members. These include Trusted Advisor Forums (TAF), an Executive Roundtable and Young Professionals (YP) groups. TAF’s and the Executive Roundtable consist of eight to 12 men who are business owners, senior leaders or professionals. Their purpose is to provide Godly counsel, mutual support and accountability, as well as insights and solutions to business and life challenges or new opportunities. These groups help young men navigate the challenges, pressures and priorities of family, work and faith. Members also learn from guest speakers who are seasoned business owners and/or C-level leaders.

Connect-3 teams and Bible studies are also available to provide an environment where men can connect to God, connect to one another and connect to the mission to bring biblical principles and the Gospel into the workplace. Additional 2024 activities will include Business Connection luncheons, the annual golf classic, leadership coach training, social events and workshops. A national CBMC Men’s Conference will be held October 3-5 in St. Louis and is expected to draw about 500 men from around the country. Attendees need not be members of CBMC.
