The 23rd Annual Lincoln CBMC (Lincoln.cbmc.com) Golf Classic was a major success and blessing for the 120 golfers and 35 volunteers and breakfast guests attending. The event was held at Wilderness Ridge Golf Course. The overall winning team was led by Alex Carney with a score of 57. Marcellus Casey, in his eighth season as Chaplain for the Kansas City Chiefs, was the guest speaker for the breakfast. Casey relayed stories and lessons learned from each of the three Super Bowl wins by the Chiefs. Among these were insights, principles and benefits from a life of personal faith in Jesus Christ, raising a Godly family, and living a life of purpose.

He also presented details from a message and theme he gave to the team and staff on how to “Stay Dangerous” in life’s pursuits, goals and challenges. A video of the event highlights and Casey’s speech can be found at Lincoln.cbmc.com/Lincoln-media.
