Child Guidance Center Holds Ribbon Cutting to Reveal Rebrand

The Child Guidance Center has officially changed its name to HopeSpoke (www.hopespoke.org). The rebrand was revealed to the public on November 8 and a ribbon-cutting ceremony was conducted by the Lincoln Chamber of Commerce to celebrate the excited news.

For the last 70 years, the Child Guidance Center’s number one goal has been to make the community a better place, full of happy, hopeful, healthy families. With this purpose in mind, their 2017 planning process drove them to the realization there was a disconnect between their name and the true nature of their work.

The organization didn’t believe “Child Guidance Center” embodied the inspiration and hope they strive to instill. “Hope” evokes a feeling of promise and possibility, while “spoke” depicts progressing together, in the same way a spoke helps a wheel advance onward. The organization’s new tagline, “Inspiring Children & Families to Move Forward” speaks to their belief that you can go into the world better and healed, despite obstacles.

The time has come to accurately and authentically reflect what the organization does with the new HopeSpoke brand. Nothing will stop them from continuing to play an invaluable role in providing children as well as adults with the skills to feel empowered and be successful.

HopeSpoke thanks the Chamber and the Lincoln community for continued support. Please visit www.hopespoke.org to see how this new brand resonates with what the organization seeks to accomplish in making our community a better place. Call (402) 475-7666 with further questions.
