Child Guidance Center Needs Warm Coats, Hats, and Gloves for Boys Receiving Services
Would you and your co-workers like to provide a warm coat, stocking hat and gloves for a boy in need this winter? Child Guidance Center (www.child-guidance.org) is in need of new warm coats in sizes medium (M) through 2 extra-large (2 XL) for boys ages 12 – 18 who are living in the Therapeutic Group Home. During the last program year, 28 boys and their families were served through this program.
A generous gift of $100 – $125 will provide a new warm coat, stocking hat and gloves for one boy in need this winter. Child Guidance Center is also in need of gifts to go towards helping provide additional clothing, including shirts and pants.
Child Guidance Center is dedicated to meeting the mental health needs of children and their families. “We are so grateful for the generosity of local donors and community members because it shows that more people understand the devastating impact of mental illness and the value of treatment,” shared Katie McLeese Stephenson, Executive Director.
