Educare Lincoln to Host “Engaging Community Partners” Breakfast April 24

Educare Lincoln (www.educareschools.org) is hosting an Engaging Community Partners breakfast on April 24 at 9 a.m. to honor their current partnerships and recruit additional community volunteers and partners. Educare Lincoln, located at 3435 N. 14th St., serves children from infancy to age five. This will be a great opportunity to meet members of the Educare leadership team, learn more about the Educare program and philosophy, network with other partners, and tour Educare’s facility.

The mission at Educare Lincoln is to establish a high-quality, one-stop community learning center for at-risk children and families. This mission is accomplished by implementing a specialized learning environment that develops children both socially and academically. The goal is to empower children to become productive members of society through research and evidence based practices. Educare Lincoln’s work is important and cannot be done alone!

Profound learning and growth occur from the time of infancy through early childhood. When high quality child care and education are present in a child’s life, potential is limitless. When schools, businesses, and community organizations come together to support young children and their learning, everyone benefits. Communities with educated populations result in members that are more productive, innovative, and earn higher salaries through their lifetime.
