Eventide Senior Living Communities and Tabitha Senior Care (tabitha.org) have announced plans to combine under an affiliation agreement. The affiliation is expected to become effective October 1, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the final agreement.

Shanks, President and CEO of Tabitha, echoed this sentiment, stating, “Together, we will leverage our combined expertise to navigate industry challenges and enhance the services we offer.” Through this partnership, Eventide will assume the role of the parent company. There will be no disruptions of services or care at Eventide or Tabitha.

Combined, Eventide and Tabitha serve approximately 2,300 seniors daily, employ 2,200 and have a legacy of over 200 years of service.
