Across Nebraska, something powerful is happening in elementary schools, community centers, and neighborhood spaces: children are gathering each week to hear the life-changing message of Jesus Christ through Good News Clubs. These clubs, hosted by Child Evangelism Fellowship of Nebraska, provide a safe, fun, and Bible-centered environment where kids learn biblical truths, memorize Scripture, sing, pray, and build character.
But here’s the honest truth—Good News Clubs only happen when people step up. There are two simple, high-impact ways you can be part of this mission.
First, you can sponsor a club through your financial support. Your gift provides curriculum, training, background checks, supplies, and outreach materials. It ensures that volunteers are equipped and that no child is turned away because of lack of resources. Sponsorship turns generosity into gospel access. Second, you can volunteer just two hours a week. That’s it. Two hours to invest in eternal things. You don’t need to be a Bible scholar or a public speaker. CEF provides training, materials, and ongoing support. What children need most is a caring adult who will show up consistently and point them to Christ.
Whether you give, serve, or both, you become part of a bigger story—one where lives are changed, families are impacted, and seeds of faith are planted that can last a lifetime. Good News Clubs are simple. The message is eternal. The need is real. Will you help bring the Good News to Nebraska’s children? For more information, please visit cefnebraska.org.
