The Heartland Cancer Foundation (HCF, heartlandcancerfoundation.org) is seeking event sponsors for their ninth annual Mardi Gras Gala. The event will be held on Saturday, February 17, 2024, at the Cornhusker Hotel in Lincoln. Attendees will include physicians, medical and oncology staff, philanthropists, cancer survivors and community members.
The Heartland Cancer Foundation believes no cancer patient should fall behind on treatment because they struggle to afford their everyday expenses. By becoming an event sponsor, you are directly supporting HCF’s mission to provide practical and immediate financial assistance to eligible cancer patients in our community so they can focus on what matters most: healing.
HCF’s signature Mardi Gras Gala is an exciting themed evening featuring keynote speakers, a premium auction, prizes and entertainment – all for a great cause! As HCF’s largest fundraiser of the year, the gala’s success is directly tied to the number of cancer patients they are able to help throughout the year. In 2023, the Mardi Gras Gala raised $267,137 in proceeds.
