Hudl Strengthens Commitment to TeamMates Mentoring of Lincoln with 10 New Volunteers
Athletic performance analysis company Hudl recently expanded its employee participation in TeamMates Mentoring of Lincoln (lincolnteammates.org) with the addition of 10 new staff volunteers. The company recently held a recruiting event, where current “Hudlie” TeamMates shared personal testimonies about their meaningful mentoring experiences, drawing the 10 staff members to step up and begin training to become a TeamMates mentor for a young student in Lincoln. Employees who become mentors also bring tremendous benefits to their company workforce and productivity. TeamMates surveys participants annually, and results continuously show that, after their mentoring visits, employees return to work more engaged, hopeful, and in better moods.
“Hudl and TeamMates are the perfect match,” said Hudl Workplace Operations Specialist Andrew Broders, who oversees staff volunteerism and serves as a mentor himself. “It’s great to see Hudlies transfer our company values into mentorship through TeamMates. ‘We Listen’ and ‘We Thrive on the Front Lines’ are the two values that really hit home for the Hudlies. We take pride in our community and want to give back any chance we can. TeamMates allows us to do just that. We thank TeamMates for all they do, and we’re happy to have an amazing relationship with them.”
