On June 7, over 100 golfers were brought together at Hidden Valley Golf Course to participate in Junior Achievement of Lincoln’s (JA) (lincoln.ja.org/events) annual golf event. Participants enjoyed a sunny day filled with friendly competition, networking and fun, all while supporting JA’s mission to inspire and prepare young people for economic success. Thanks to the generous support of JA’s sponsors and participants, JA raised significant funds to support their educational programs, ensuring a brighter future for their youth.
Looking ahead to the fall season, JA is excited to announce the JA Hall of Fame Dinner and Auction, scheduled for Friday, September 27 at the Cornhusker Hotel! This annual event is set to be a highlight of the year, featuring JA’s first class of Hall of Fame laureates, exciting live and silent auctions and inspiring stories from Junior Achievement students who have benefited from JA’s programs. The funds raised from the event will directly support JA’s efforts to provide critical financial literacy, work readiness and entrepreneurship education to students across Lincoln.
