Lincoln Christian Businessmen’s Connection (CBMC) (Lincoln.cbmc.com) will host a Leadership Coach Training workshop on Thursday, March 27. The workshop will be held at their office in Lincoln at 4435 O St. This course is a seven-week opportunity for a comprehensive yet accelerated coaching development program. It will highlight the skills and practices of classic coaching from a Christian perspective.
The video-based workshop is facilitated with a workbook and breakout discussions led by a certified CBMC coach trainer. After this full day, attendees will have the opportunity to practice peer-to-peer coaching through seven weekly calls with a peer workshop participant and a certified coach. During these seven weeks, participants will be given a specific agenda and format that will walk them through reading and reflection exercises that reinforce the primary principles and skills of coaching. At the end of the workshop, there will be a final half day practicum and graduation celebration.
This workshop blends coaching concepts and practices together, providing a rich leadership coaching experience. Spaces are limited, so it is encouraged that anyone who is interested reach out for information and register soon.
