Mark your calendars for fun on Saturday, August 21 with the 13th annual Golfing For A Reason Tournament at Highlands Golf Course to support the Aiding Angels Foundation (aidingangels.com). Start forming your teams early because the roster always fills up quickly—including men’s, women’s, and couple’s flights. Proceeds from Golfing For A Reason will benefit Aiding Angels in providing FREE professional housecleaning services to improve the lives of women, men, and children in our community who are dealing with cancer, so they can focus on treatment and healing and their families can focus on them!
Fighting cancer is difficult enough but living with it is even tougher—and that’s where Aiding Angels Foundation steps in. While the coronavirus pandemic made it impossible for nonprofits like Aiding Angels to hold in-person fundraisers last year, cancer did not take a hiatus. After being forced to cancel the golf tournament due to COVID in 2020, your help is needed maybe more than ever in 2021.
The Aiding Angels Foundation offers free, professional cleaning services for individuals fighting cancer in Lincoln.
