Northeast Sertoma Club donated ear plugs in May at two QP Ace Hardware stores – 40th & Old Cheney and 70th & Vine- in support of Sertoma International’s mission to improve life quality for those impacted by hearing loss through education and support. The club thanks Ace Hardware for providing the locations and Burlington Northern Railroad for donating the ear plugs.
May was a busy month for the club’s 21 members as they also picked up litter on a three mile stretch of highway 34 and on two Lincoln trail segments, conducted bingo for Lancaster Manor residents, and provided a water station for the May 3 Lincoln Marathon runners.
