People’s City Mission (PCM, Only251.org) has once again received a four star rating with Charity Navigator. PCM has earned a 91% for the Accountability and Finance beacon with Charity Navigator. This beacon provides an assessment of a charity’s financial health (financial efficiency, sustainability, and trustworthiness) and its commitment to governance practices and policies.

People’s City Mission was started in 1907 by local churches, offering food and shelter for transient and impoverished men, women, and children. In 1987, PCM moved to their current location and now houses 350 men, women, and children nightly in their emergency shelters and the Curtis Center transitional housing program.
