After wrapping up their biggest fundraiser in their history on August 9, Project Pink’d (projectpinkd.org) wanted to extend a huge thank you to not only their amazing donors but the more than 150 volunteers it took to put it on. They could not have raised the record $612,000 without everyone. They want to thank you from the bottom of their hearts.

Project Pink’d’s annual EXPOSED: It’s Personal fundraiser is always their biggest fundraising event of the year. They first started fundraising by selling a few hundred calendars in 2010 which raised $20,000. Last year they impacted over 10,000 survivors and raised nearly $900,000. They’re excited to do this event every year, and are incredibly appreciative of the support it brings.

As for the surprise calendars of this year’s Dare to Thrive class, they are formulating how to make them available to all in the easiest way.

Project Pink’d’s mission has always been—from the moment of diagnosis through the end of life—to provide tools, resources and a strong network to strengthen and renew the mind, body and spirit of breast cancer survivors in Nebraska and Western Iowa. Learn more at projectpinkd.org.
