S2age Living by Tabitha (Tabitha.org) – nonprofit Tabitha’s intergenerational living community – is opening its doors to the public for the first time with hard hat tours.
Excitement is building around the first-of-its-kind in the nation complex located in the heart of Lincoln’s Witherbee neighborhood. From 4 to 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, July 20, visitors will receive a sneak peek of life at the S2age while embarking on tours of the building, which is under construction. Guests are encouraged to RSVP and must check in before their walk-through at the tent located at the corner of ‘L’ & S. 47 St.
Those interested in move-in information will be able to further discuss living options with a Tabitha advisor.
Opening in August, older adults (55+) and College of Health Science students will call S2age home. The 150,000 square-foot community contains 128 micro, studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, in-suite washer and dryers and premium finishes. Intentional gathering spaces can be found inside and out, along with curated experiences meant to be shared and enjoyed between generations.
Reserve your spot today, as space is limited. RSVP by July 16 by contacting Tabitha Living Advisor Manager Aubrey Paulsen at Aubrey. Paulsen@Tabitha.org or (402) 484-9981.
