TeamMates Celebrates Partnership with TMCO, a Total Manufacturing Company
It is difficult to state the value of a supportive partner. TeamMates of Lincoln (teammates.org) and TMCO, a Total Manufacturing Company, share a long-standing relationship that has benefitted the mentoring program in multiple ways.
Founder and Owner Roland Temme began TMCO in 1974 with “an 842-square-foot shack that had no indoor plumbing,” a tireless work ethic, and a dream. His business flourished over time, and as TMCO prospered, Roland committed to giving back to the community.
Not only does the manufacturing company encourage TMCO employees to become mentors, but Roland and his adult children and business partners, Diane and David, lead by example, serving as TeamMates mentors. TMCO supports TeamMates financially and also uses their manufacturing prowess to produce beautiful metal creations to serve as gifts to TeamMates volunteers and donors.
TMCO’s relationship with TeamMates of Lincoln epitomizes the meaning of partnership. TeamMates is so grateful for the support the Temme’s and their company has provided over many years.
