The Arc of Lincoln (www.arclincoln.org) will be hosting a Health and Wellness Fair Saturday, March 2, from 1 to 4 p.m. at The Arc of Lincoln Office located at 5200 Francis St. This is a free event for individuals with disabilities and their supports. At the event, you will make your own wellness toolbox, make and take coping skills, listen to The Arc of Lincoln information/updates, receive free chair massages and enter for a chance to win a free massage. The Arc of Lincoln thanks Affinity Community Counseling and hands of Heartland for sponsoring the event.

The Arc of Lincoln will also be hosting a Parent Resource Fair Tuesday, March 26, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at The Arc of Lincoln Office located at 5200 Francis St. This event is for parents/families of individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities (I/DD), I/DD Service Provides in Lincoln and community agencies that serve I/DD individuals.

Since 1952, The Arc of Lincoln has been a resource for parents, schools, agencies and individuals who experience intellectual and developmental disabilities. The mission is to empower people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families to promote and protect their rights and interests, while enriching the quality of their lives. They believe that all people deserve opportunities and to be contributors and influencers in their communities.
