Tickets are now available for the 2025 Gourmet Comfort Classic, a celebration and fundraiser for HopeSpoke (hopespoke.org), set for Friday, May 2, 2025. This benefit gala celebrates favorite comfort foods while supporting HopeSpoke’s mission to inspire healthy futures for children and families through comprehensive behavioral and mental health services. The fundraiser will be held at the Scottish Rite Ballroom in downtown Lincoln.
This year’s theme is Comfort Food from Around the World featuring five chefs competing for guest votes to win a trophy and cash prize. This year’s participating chefs represent Chef Au Chef, Chez Hay Catering, DoorStep Diner, The Parthenon Catering and Venue Restaurant & Lounge.
Social and cocktail hour begins at 6 p.m., followed by dinner, live music, a silent auction and a short program. All proceeds from the evening help HopeSpoke provide a variety of mental health services for over 800 children, teens, adults and families annually.
