Youth for Christ–Lincoln Area is expanding teen mental health support through its Rebalance program, a proactive mental health and life-skills initiative implemented throughout the year in group settings with teens, equipping local youth with practical skills to strengthen mental and emotional well-being.
Rebalance is designed to meet the growing emotional and mental health needs of teenagers in the community. Through structured lessons and guided discussions, students build skills in self-awareness, self management, relational skills, and social awareness.
The program provides teens with practical tools they can apply immediately to manage stress, navigate relationships, and develop resilience. Rebalance is not clinical therapy, but a preventative, strengths-based approach that supports healthier decision-making and improved overall well-being, while complementing Youth for Christ’s relational ministry model.
