On October 31, 2023, Youth for Christ (yfclincoln.org) broke ground on its new Campus Life youth center. The new youth center will be a 10,000-square-foot building with a gym, two classrooms, kitchen, restrooms and other supporting facilities.
At the groundbreaking ceremony, Mike Anderson, Owner of Anderson Auto, said, “This is a great thing for the city of Lincoln to have a building where more teens can come and hear about God’s love for them. There is nothing more important in this world than giving teens the chance to hear the truth. The name of this campaign is ‘Geared to the Times. Anchored to the Rock.’ I couldn’t think of a better campaign name because we want to anchor kids to the rock of Jesus Christ.”

Through regular programming and special events, Youth for Christ Lincoln Area works with over 2,400 local youth with the goal of engaging them in a healthy relationship with mentors, friends and God.
