Cecilia Molina Celebrates 1-Year Anniversary at A1 Automotive

This month marks Cecilia Molina’s one-year work anniversary as a service coordinator at A1 Automotive (a1autolincoln.com). Cecilia is the frontline customer support for the company and has a great relationship with the customers, helping them from start to finish to ensure satisfaction. She completes multiple tasks to ensure the customers have the best experience ever. Cecilia greets customers with such genuine enthusiasm and truly cares about them, not just their vehicles.

Cecilia has multiple years of experience with being a customer service professional and four years in the automotive industry. She understands and identifies with the feelings of others and communicates accordingly. With her ability to work independently and with outstanding organizational skills, she is qualified to not only get the job done, but get it done correctly.

Born and raised in Kearney, Cecilia moved to Lincoln in 2009 where she has been living ever since. She has been married for 16 years and has a daughter and three sons. When she is not at A1 Automotive, Cecilia is spending time with her family or doing work for her part time job, which is selling Plexus products for weight management, nutrition, and personal care.
