Cornhusker Bank recently promoted Haley Coufal to Operations Officer and Teresa Elliott to Vice President/Communications. Barry Lockard, President of Cornhusker Bank, noted that Haley and Teresa both have displayed excellent leadership skills along with a consistent commitment to the service of their customers, associates, community, and the bank itself.
Ms. Coufal, an associate of the bank since 2009, focuses on management of the daily deposit operations functions, as well as development and supervision of the Operations Department personnel. Haley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Education and Human Sciences from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
Ms. Elliott has been with the bank for 12 years. She focuses on internal and external communication strategies, with an emphasis on keeping bank communications regarding all issues transparent and easily understood. Teresa also serves as secretary to the boards of the bank’s affiliated businesses. Elliott holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Communication from Doane College.
