Guiderock Commercial Realty LLC Adds James McCombs to Property Management Team
Guiderock Commercial Realty LLC (www.guiderockrealty.com ) added James McCombs to its property management team on August 4. James brings more than six years of experience in project management, accounting, and customer service that make him a valuable resource to property-management clients and their tenants.
James is a Lincoln native and has worked in both the Lincoln and Omaha areas for large companies including Kiewit, Mutual of Omaha, and Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers, as well as local businesses including The Williams Group prior to joining Guiderock Commercial Realty. James’s track record of creative problem solving will set him apart while he facilitates many of the property-management services that Guiderock Commercial Realty offers. When James isn’t at work or studying for his real-estate licensing exam, he can usually be found on one of the many golf courses in Lincoln, reading, or proudly cheering for one of his favorite sports teams.
