Holman, Harral, and Schueth Honored at T.O. Haas Tire Corporate Meeting

Three Lincoln store managers received Top Performer Awards at the T.O. Haas Tire (www.tohaas.com) Annual Awards Banquet last month. Chuck Holman, Matt Harral, and Eric Schueth each were recognized for excellence in productivity, reliability, consistency, and goal attainment. Results are based on an analysis of the overall performance of the store and their ability to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

“Top performers are the epitome of professional employees,” said president, George Hoellen. “They’re accountable for their work, they help others that are in need, have a positive mindset, resolve problems and mold their behavior around the company’s policies.”

Holman, Harral, and Schueth were part of a handful of employees who were recognized at the event. “We’re fortunate to have a great group of people who consistently go above and beyond,” said Hoellen. “And while this is a testament to their ability to lead, this is not an individual award…it belongs to the entire staff.”
