Home Care Partners Welcomes Lesa Bonicatto as Office Manager and Care Coordinator

Home Care Partners (www.homecarepartnersofnebraska.com) has hired new Office Manager and Care Coordinator Lesa Bonicatto. Lesa joined Home Care Partners at the end of August after years in customer service and healthcare. In her new position, she will be responsible for Home Care Partners’ office operations and client care scheduling. Through ongoing collaboration with family members, management, the Home Care team, and others, Lesa provides experience helping caregivers and clients to make sure everyone has a balanced work and home life.

“Nothing is more important to me than to have clients safe, well cared for, and involved in living. Life can be so hard and difficult for the ill and aging. We need to bring sunshine to them,” says Lesa. Her goal is to build relationships at Home Care Partners by providing open communication to clients and team members to ensure that a “culture of caring” exists.
