James Quinn Joins Farris Engineering as Director of Healthcare Services
Last month James Quinn, former director of facility operations for CHI Health and owner’s representative for Moffitt Cancer Center, joined Farris Engineering (www.farris-usa.com) as director of healthcare services. Bringing decades of experience in the healthcare field ranging from facility infrastructure to direct patient care, James will help expand the company’s portfolio within the healthcare sector. His primary focus will be to work with facility owners, design professionals, and contractors to seek out and develop future business opportunities for Farris.
“Farris could not be more excited to have James join our firm. With over 44 years of healthcare experience, I am thrilled to have help in developing strategic partnerships with local, regional, and national healthcare facilities,” said Farris Business Development Executive Darin Cielocha.
James is also no stranger to Farris. He oversaw the extensive renovation that created CHI Health’s Creighton University Medical Center – Bergan Mercy. Farris provided design services for the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, life safety, and lighting for this $105M project that received the Engineering Excellence Grand Award from the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC) of Nebraska.
Outside of work, you will find James spending the summer months sailing with his wife on their boat and trap shooting in various leagues with family.
