Lancaster Rehabilitation Center Names Jen Graff Associate Administrator

Lancaster Rehabilitation Center (www.lancasterrc.com) is excited to announce that Jen Graff has been named associate administrator. In 2009, Jen joined the Lancaster Rehab staff as social services director. While serving in that capacity, she also had opportunities to help lead financial services, life enrichment, transportation, and central supply teams. With more than 20 years experience in social services, skilled nursing, and home health care, Jen has hit the ground running in her new role.

“We have an incredibly strong leadership team that stays focused on providing great quality of care,” Jen said. “I’m here to support our leadership team and almost 300 staff so we can continue delivering the best outcomes for our more than 200 residents and patients, plus their families.”

Besides obtaining her nursing home administrator’s license, Graff looks forward to rounding out expertise in less familiar areas such as human resources and maintenance, so she can better support daily operations.
