He comes to Eagle Group from Local Hero Design, a local advertising agency. Before that he led creative marketing and sales teams for Ameritas, a leader in financial, banking and insurance services. Lance has also worked with Sergeant’s Pet Care Products, where he was responsible for creating and maintaining packaging, marketing and sales material for the US and Europe. Lance brings his team leadership skills to Eagle Group to ensure more accurate timelines, better client communication, and high levels of design execution. He will ensure Eagle Group continues to produce eye-catching design and layout, while problem solving to meet customer goals and budgets.
