Legacy Retirement Communities Hires Kim Cotton as Hospitality Director
Legacy Retirement Communities (www.LegacyRetirement.com) is excited to introduce Kim Cotton as their hospitality director! This is a new position to Legacy Retirement Communities and is meant to focus on all the little details that will continue to provide the very best care and services to the residents.
Kim is originally from Deadwood, SD and started in the hospitality industry at a young age working at a shop on Deadwood’s Main Street. She attended the University of South Dakota for some time before moving to Texas, Iowa, Minnesota, and eventually to Lincoln. Kim worked at Hillcrest Country Club as the clubhouse manager for 18 years before joining Embassy Suites as the event sales manager and later as the banquet director.
“I am so excited to take my hospitality knowledge into a new industry and share my experience with the Legacy team,” shared Kim. “I feel like my passion for caring for others and building relationships fits perfectly with the team, the residents, and their families.”
Kim enjoys spending time with her partner, Jeremy and her children Rylan, Haylee, Trevor, and Skylar. She loves cooking, fishing, live music, and motorcycle rides.
