In September, Maxwell Albrecht joined Farris Engineering, Inc. (farris-usa.com) as the newest Mechanical Engineer in their Colorado Springs, CO office. New to the architecture, engineering and construction industry, Maxwell attended the University of Colorado – Colorado Springs and received his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, with a minor in aerospace engineering. He has over four years of experience working in dynamic thermodynamics, fluid mechanics and collaborating in team settings.
“Max brings a lot of talent and curiosity, and we can already tell he’s a great addition to our team,” said Ashley Davis, Farris Engineering Vice President and Fire Protection and Mechanical Engineer.
Apart from work, Max is an avid outdoorsman – fishing, hunting, hiking and biking in his free time. In addition, he is also a basketball coach at the local YMCA. He recently became a member of The American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) within the State of Colorado.
One thing he has been looking forward to the most since starting with Farris is working on large commercial mechanical design projects. The Farris team is looking forward to watching him grow and develop as an employee and overall young professional in the A/E/C industry.
Farris Engineering is an industry leader in mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering with additional expertise in fire protection engineering, lighting design, building commissioning services, technology systems design and life safety systems engineering. To learn more, visit farris-usa.com.
