Pemberly Place Welcomes Erianne Schwarz as New Director of Health and Wellness
Pemberly Place Senior Care Living Community (pemberlyplace.com) recently welcomed Erianne Schwarz, LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) to their team. Erianne has worked as a nurse for nearly two years, starting her journey in a group home for mentally handicapped individuals and falling in love with “taking care of people.” She considers her two greatest achievements to be taking her state boards to become an LPN after a 10-year gap from school, and achieving another long-term goal by becoming a Director of Nursing (DON).
In her new position, Erianne is working to give Pemberly that “family feel” and working together as a team to provide the best care and experience possible for residents. Her focus is to continue to learn and grow as a leader, while helping her team learn and grow to be better caregivers. Her grandmother, now passed away, has always inspired her and was her example of how to care for people and impact their lives. Outside of work, Erianne loves adventure and taking on new challenges, including living in Haiti and Kenya for three months each.
