Pemberly Place Welcomes New Memory Support Program Director Pamela Podawiltz

Pemberly Place (pemberlyplace.com) is excited to announce their new Memory Support Program Director Pamela M. Podawiltz! Pamela grew up in Euless, TX, and was the first of two daughters to Richard and Elizabeth Downey. She has dedicated most of her career to providing health and wellness services for the United States Marine Corps and Navy military members and Department of Defense personnel and their families. Pamela is a certified physical therapy technician and has an associate’s degree in health science from Southeast Community College, as well as a bachelor’s degree in health promotions and kinesiology from The University of North Texas. Pamela has been a multi-nationally certified personal trainer and group exercise instructor for 25 years. Her certifications include the American Council on Exercise, Athletics, and Fitness Association of America, and National Academy of Sports Medicine. Pamela specializes in seniors, women, and disabilities.

She has been happily married to Robert Podawiltz for 29 years and they have five children (Angelica, Caterina, Victoria, Alexandria, and Zacariah) with four grand-children (Eos, Jett, Sarina, and Ravenna). As a Marine Corps military spouse, Pamela has lived all over the U.S. and Japan. She shared a quote that she lives by: “See with the eyes of another, listen with the ears of another, and feel with the heart of another.”
