Southeast Community College Celebrates Bob Morgan Retirement After Over 30 Years

Southeast Community College (SCC, www.southeast.edu) recently celebrated the retirement of Bob Morgan from his position as Beatrice campus director and vice president of program development after 31 years of service. Bob started out as a business instructor at the Lincoln Campus and ended managing the Beatrice Campus. What he will miss most about his time at SCC is the ability to impact student lives for the better. SCC’s mission is critical to the development of students and employers across the state of Nebraska and beyond. Bob’s role in program development led to the opening of six centers across SCC’s 15-county area which gave rural constituents access to education.

SCC provides educational opportunities to students of all ages and backgrounds. Staffed by experienced instructors, SCC is lauded by academics and professionals alike for its rigorous curriculum and practical courses. Each class offers a unique learning experience, with theoretical academic instruction and hands-on, practical training. With low tuition rates and scholarships, SCC makes learning fun, relevant, and affordable, no matter what your field of study.
