Stepping Stones (www.steppingstoneslincoln.com) is pleased to welcome Rachel Despain to their team. Rachel is a Licensed Mental Health Practitioner (LMHP). She received her undergraduate degree in Psychology, with a minor in Sociology, from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and her Master’s in Counseling from Doane University. Rachel’s areas of focus include truancy, self-esteem, body image, anxiety, depression, ADHD, familial relationship issues, phase of life issues and behavior issues. She works with both children (starting at age six) and adults. Appointments are available between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Stepping Stones provides counseling for mental health and co-occurring disorders, drug and alcohol assessment, and substance use counseling and treatment. Stepping Stones is a program of Lincoln Medical Education Partnership located at 4600 Valley Rd. Appointments are available Mondays through Fridays, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and are scheduled through Lincoln Family Medicine Center by calling (402) 483-4571.
