The Bridge Behavioral Health (thebridgenebraska.org) is thrilled to welcome Doug Headlee to the board of directors. Headlee currently serves as the Mental Health Response Coordinator with the Lincoln Police Department. As a lifelong Lincoln resident, Headlee looks forward to joining The Bridge’s Board of Directors and serving its clients, employees and fellow board members.
As he joins this dynamic group, Mario Rancicot ends his three-year term and Chris Jackson is ending her six-year term as a board member. Jackson also served as board president and secretary during her time. Both of their expertise will be greatly missed.
“Chris and Mario have dedicated several years of service to The Bridge Behavioral Health, and we are grateful for their steadfast leadership as the organization has evolved,” said Cathy Kottwitz, current board president at The Bridge. “Chris’s breadth of knowledge and commitment to continuous improvement have been valuable over the years. We appreciate both of their support and wish them the best,” she went on to say.
The Bridge Behavioral Health is open 24/7, 365 days a year. Their mission is to provide hope and a strong foundation for recovery through substance use and behavioral health intervention.
