Jordyn Ready seamlessly integrates her background in medical social work with healthcare marketing expertise. Also serving as the chairperson for the Lincoln Walk to End Alzheimer’s, she brings a compassionate commitment for community impact and senior care. Jordyn’s leadership is marked by a perfect blend of empathy and strategic vision.
Kirby Howerter has experience in the nonprofit and home care settings and leads with her heart. She knows that everyone has had a different life experience and strives to support individuals and their families through the moving process and all its attached emotions.
Jordyn and Kirby, as a team, are devoted to making the challenging transition to senior living more manageable for individuals and their families. They are excited to connect with more people and continue to represent The Residence at Gramercy and all the love it houses.
