Todd comes to Kingery Construction from Grand Island, NE. He has worked in the construction industry for over 10 years as a sales account manager, project manager, and estimator. He has been directly involved with Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings (PEMB) exclusively for the past four years. These buildings are fully customizable for each specific project and owner. The “pre-engineered” element indicates that the building is already designed; all of the main structural components, insulation, sheet metal panels, and even the doors and windows are cut, fit, and ready to assemble. Some of the many PEMB projects that Todd has managed include: a PVC pipe manufacturing addition, a new building for a large tire sales shop, a semi-trailer repair shop retrofit, a new thoroughbred horse barn, a new municipal maintenance building, and several personal garage/hobby shops.
