Valiant Fitness Welcomes Trainer, Nutrition and Wellness Coach Olivia Borer to Team

Valiant Fitness (valiantfitnessne.com) Owner Justin Wittler recently welcomed Certified Personal Trainer, Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, and restorative-wellness coach Olivia Borer to the Valiant team. A Nebraska native, Olivia brings five years of experience in the fitness and holistic-nutrition industry to her new role, having previously worked at the University of Nebraska Lincoln, Prairie Life Fitness, and Synergy Chiropractic. When it comes to fitness training, Olivia specializes in strength training, weight loss, and rehab-specific training for injuries include lower back pain and shoulder or neck pain.

“I am excited to bring my knowledge to compliment the Valiant team, while continuing to grow and learn from Justin,” she said. “Together, we want to provide a complete resource for all of our clients to achieve their best health.”

In the nutrition arena, Olivia focuses primarily on real-food nutrition, emphasizing a balance of protein, fat, and vegetables. Her approach is not tied to any ‘diet’ but rather on helping her clients find a balance mentally and physically through blood-sugar regulation, proper digestion, and hormone balance. She also provides Valiant Fitness members her Personal Prep Meal Prepping resources, which provides real, whole-food meals that help simplify eating healthy foods that require minimal effort but taste amazing.
