Tabitha Offers Support Groups in December
Tabitha (Tabitha.org), Nebraska’s industry-leading senior care provider, offers a variety of support groups in Lincoln and Lancaster County. Online grief and support groups are open to anyone in the community and are a great way to find support while sharing common experiences and coping tips in the safety and comfort of your home. - “Grieving Gracefully Book Club,” held every second and fourth Tuesday, December 14 and 28, 12-1 p.m. The support group will read and discuss “Thanks for the Dance: Transforming Grief into Gratitude” by Fred Abrams.
- The special holiday event, Remembering Angels, will be held in person Friday, December 10, 3:30 p.m., at the Journey House, 4615 J St. in Lincoln. The event will include a lighting ceremony with Angel lights remaining lit December 10 through January 1, 2022. To RSVP, please call (402) 486-8506.
