The Waterford Communities (www.thewaterford.net) is excited to introduce their new College View Administrative Director Melissa Vandeloo. She has many gifts and abilities to connect and serve College View residents, their families, and the team.
Born and raised in Nebraska, Melissa has had the privilege of working in the local healthcare community for over 15 years. Throughout her career, Melissa has held both administrative and clinical positions in senior living, home healthcare, and hospital systems. She has a passion for providing the absolute highest quality of care and dignity for the elderly, along with striving for the most gratifying and fulfilling work experience for every team member. Melissa holds a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration and has nearly completed a master’s degree in healthcare administration.
Melissa and her husband Ryan have four children. Outside of work, she loves coaching her girls’ softball team, being outdoors, camping, and going to every Husker football game.
