What We Do
At Brown & Family Insurance, we help individuals and families with their insurance needs through AAA – The Auto Club Group. We offer auto, home, renters, umbrella, and life insurance, along with AAA memberships and roadside assistance.
Our Lincoln office gives clients a local place to ask questions and work directly with an agent. We take the time to learn about each client and help them find coverage that fits their needs. Insurance can be complicated, so a big part of what we do is make it easier to understand.
What Makes Us Different
What makes us different is that we bring the resources and reputation of AAA to a local agency where relationships still come first. Our clients have someone they can call, meet with, and rely on when they need help.
For me, it starts with understanding what someone already has before trying to sell them something new. I review their current policies and explain how they are covered today. From there, I can identify potential gaps or opportunities and show them how I would structure their coverage. Price matters, but it should not be the only factor when making decisions about insurance.
I also believe in being straightforward with people. If AAA is not the right fit at the time, I will tell them. Sometimes my recommendation is to stay exactly where they are or make a few changes to their current coverage. I want people to leave the conversation feeling more informed, whether they become a client or not. That approach has helped me build relationships and become a resource people know they can call when they have a question.
Meet Zac Tiderman
Zac Tiderman is an Licensed Insurance Agent with AAA – The Auto Club Group at Brown & Family Insurance in Lincoln. Before joining AAA, Zac began his insurance career with Farm Bureau Financial Services. There, he gained experience working directly with clients and developed a strong foundation in the insurance industry.
Originally from Oregon, Zac came to Nebraska as a Division I gymnast at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. During his time at Nebraska, he earned multiple All-American honors and served as a two-time team captain. He earned his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from UNL, a graduate certificate in Sales Excellence and is currently completing his MBA with an emphasis in Management.
Zac brings the discipline, communication, and leadership skills he developed through athletics into his work today.
