Pinnacle Bank Arena
Engineered Controls began working with Pinnacle Bank Arena in 2012 as part of the original construction team. Since then, Engineered Controls has been assisting arena operations personnel in streamline building operations to reduce energy consumption while also providing optimal comfort. In addition, the building management system also monitors energy meters and BTU meters for monitoring and controlling chilled and hot water systems via heat exchangers from a private downtown central energy plant.
Hexagon Composites
Engineered Controls began working with Hexagon Composites in 2007 for a construction project and then through multiple renovation projects between 2008 and 2015. During all of those installation projects, the largest hurdle Engineered Controls faced was completing their work with minimal or no disruptions to Hexagon’s daily manufacturing activities. The building management system consists of Honeywell WEBs system architecture and controls a mixture of mechanical and electrical equipment including RTUs, FCUs, VAVs, and other 3rd party integration with other vendor open protocol equipment.
Bryan LGH Medical Center
Engineered Controls began working with Bryan LGH in 2005 during a large hospital renovation project. Over the next five years, Engineered Controls completed an entire control system change out from the previous control manufacturer. During that time, Engineered Controls also renovated the existing eight-story hospital, medical office building, and energy plant.
