Tell us a little about your business.

Our services include concrete countertops, flatwork, patios, driveway and sidewalk paving, garage and basement slabs, concrete steps, and concrete tear-outs and replacement. We take on both residential and commercial projects. I’m proud to put my name behind a company that offers high-quality work for such affordable prices.

How did you get started in the business?

My brother and I started Millennium Decorative Concrete four years ago. We had both worked for different companies in the construction field, but we were ready to take our experience and focus on concrete in order to meet a specific demand in the local marketplace. Thanks to interior designers and artisans, concrete has become a stylish medium in the home, and it remains a popular choice for commercial interior flooring due to its affordability and durability. We noticed this trend and decided to capitalize on it.

What is the biggest challenge you’ve faced professionally?

Starting your own business is not easy. We’re working hard to make a name for ourselves and to get people to believe in us. It’s all about making connections. That is why we do our best to stay active in the business community. I’m proud to say that we’ve made some great partnerships.

What has been your most important achievement professionally?

Taking Millennium Decorative Concrete from a dream to reality, and becoming an owner of my own business.

Tell us a little about your family.

I live with my wife and two daughters. Lincoln is our home. Like any other family, we have our ups and downs, but we are very close. To us, family is like a team and we work together to make it through challenges that life throws our way.

What is your favorite thing to do on a day off?

The rare times when I’m not working, I like to play video games and I’m also a big soccer fan. I enjoy watching games on TV and cheering for my team, Chelsea.

Who inspires you?

Definitely my parents. My dad always encouraged me and my brother to start something for ourselves, and that is what we did when we started Millennium. Both of my parents are good people and I’ve always wanted to make them proud.

What is your favorite quote or the best piece of advice you’ve ever received?
