Tell us a little about your business.
We offer our customers hassle-free solutions to their plumbing and HVAC problems. The people on the John Henry’s team is what truly sets the organization apart from others.
How did you get started in the business?
I joined the John Henry’s team in June of 2019. I oversee accounting, payroll, and logistics. Finding John Henry’s was a true blessing in disguise.
What has been your most important achievement professionally?
I recently completed my MBA. This has helped me become a better leader. I feel that continuing to educate yourself and be willing to learn new things is vital for business success.
Tell us a little about your family.
My wife Amie and I celebrated our 10th anniversary in May 2020. We have two girls, Jordyn (7) and Kennedy (4). It’s hard being outnumbered by a bunch of girls, but it’s a true joy to watch them grow and learn new things every day. I love being a #girldad.
What do you see as one of the biggest turning points in your life?
Becoming a dad. Having to be responsible for someone other than myself really puts things into perspective for me.
What is your favorite thing to do on a day off?
I enjoy doing anything outside. In the summer, my family and I enjoy going to the lake. I also enjoy playing golf or just playing sports with my girls. We also take regular trips to Minnesota.
Who inspires you?
My family. I strive to do my best every day, lead by example and hope to instill good habits into my girls.
What is your favorite quote or the best piece of advice you’ve ever received?
Spend less than you earn and invest the rest wisely.
If you could choose only one descriptive word to be remembered as, what would it be?
Dedicated.
If you could have a super power, what would it be?
It would be awesome to have the ability to slow down time.
What is your greatest talent that you don’t utilize in your daily work life?
My biscuits and gravy recipes are second to none!
Which talent would you most like to have?
I’d like to be a better public speaker.
If you could choose any other profession to be successful in, what would it be?
I’ve always been fascinated with real estate.

The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People by Stephen R. Covey.
