Tell us a little about your business. – We are an auto repair facility that focuses on relationships and mutual trust with our guests.

How did you get started in the business? – I stumbled into it and found out I love it!

What is the biggest challenge you’ve faced professionally? – All of the stigmas of being a women in the male dominated industry.

What has been your most important achievement professionally? – Probably the first time a guest specifically requested to work with me. I love building relationships and helping educate people on maintenance and vehicle safety!

Tell us a little about your family. – It’s just me and my two cats, Mo and George.

What do you see as one of the biggest turning points in your life? – Uprooting my life and moving to Lincoln in 2020 at the height of the pandemic panic.

What is your favorite thing to do on a day off? – Spending time outside, walking, rollerblading or DIY projects. Basically anything outside!

What is the most unique or interesting thing about you that most people probably don’t know? – I do special effects and stage makeup.

Who inspires you? – Amy Pohler; she can make anything happen and make it fun at the same time.

What is your favorite quote or the best piece of advice you’ve ever received? – “Be fearless in the pursuit of what sets your soul on fire.” – Jennifer Lee.

If you could choose only one descriptive word to be remembered as, what would it be? – Electric.

If you had a theme song, what would it be? – “Everything is Gonna Be Alright” by Mike Mains and The Branches.

If you could have a super power, what would it be? – Talking to animals would be a pretty cool super power.

What is your greatest talent that you don’t utilize in your daily work life? – I’m pretty dang good at rollerblading, but sadly I can’t do that at work.

Which talent would you most like to have? – Honestly, I would love to understand math naturally.

If you could choose any other profession to be successful in, what would it be? – Theatre; either acting or behinds the scenes.

What local nonprofit organization are you passionate about or involved with, and are there any special reasons why? – The Cat House. They do absolutely great work for cats in need of adoption.

What is your favorite book or the last good book you read? – I just finished The Dresden Files by Jim Butcher. It was a great series!

What is your favorite movie? – Fantastic Mr. Fox, Howl’s Moving Castle, Hot Rod, or Scott Pilgrim vs The World. Just to name a few.

What is your favorite TV show? – Bob’s Burgers.

What is your favorite local Lincoln restaurant? – Pho Nguyenn Vietnamese Restaurant on N 27th St.
