Tell us a little about your business. – The Newest Luxury Apartment Living in Lincoln. Enjoy the upscale and inviting atmosphere of our 106-unit community, located in Lincoln. How did you get started in the business? – I have worked for Krueger Development for almost a year now. I love the group of people that I work for. They have provided plenty of opportunities for me to learn and grow in many different areas of the company. I loved all that I was doing for Krueger Development, but property management caught my eye as soon as I was introduced to it. I love the community and people in Lincoln. I am excited to see 29South grow!
What is the biggest challenge you’ve faced professionally? – Every day is something new, I don’t think it’s as challenging as much as it is exciting! I love meeting new people, hearing new stories and seeing the excitement on the new tenants faces as they join our community!
Tell us a little about your family. – I grew up in a small town called Tulare, California. During COVID, I decided it was time to make a change, so I moved to Nebraska and that is when I met a “good ole Nebraska boy,” who is now my soon-to-be husband! I am also a dog mom. We have an adorable husky who completely runs our household. We may be making room for one more pup soon!
What do you see as one of the biggest turning points in your life? – Moving to Nebraska has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself. I have met so many amazing people and really grown to love what Nebraska has to offer. I’ve loved exploring our beautiful surroundings, traveling to nearby states and being a part of Nebraska football, win or lose. It really is The Good Life!
What is your favorite thing to do on a day off? – I love to spend my days off by going for a run, visiting the local farmer’s market and fishing with my fiancé!
What is the most unique or interesting thing about you that most people probably don’t know? – Since moving to Nebraska, I have taken up long distance running and I fell in love with it. I have completed two half marathons, a few 10K runs and multiple 5K runs. I love that Lincoln hosts all of the events; the community is so encouraging along those race courses and it makes it so much fun.
What is your favorite local Lincoln restaurant? – We love to ride our bikes to The Isles Pub & Pizza, a really yummy pizza place on the north side of town! We love the vibe and the people who work there are so friendly. If you like pizza, you HAVE TO try their leaning tower of pizza – it is so delicious!
